I really hope you know what pose this is referencing! I'm not much of a sonic fan, but there is one thing I can most definitely appreciate about it from afar: it has some damn iconic poses. Its art team occasionally really knows what they're doing.

Fullbodies are always a lot more work than halfbodies or busts, so in the interest of not comprising half of November's waking hours to this project I left this one unshaded. The colors can speak for themselves, of which I'm very happy with. It's always fun to see how far away from orange you can make your hue and still maintain a sense of brown, like I did for the hair.

I conceptualized this design when I was 15 because the idea of a trollface mask was uniquely amusing to my highschool freshman self, and I made the character the same age as me. Since then the design has grown, but the character has not, and now I have a much different reaction to their age. I'm quite nostalgic for them now, and getting to draw them always feels like coming back to an old childhood friend.
